franchisees. You will receive instruction and practice from experienced
professionals and experts well seasoned in the business. We utilize
our own staff as well as outside specialists to provide a thorough
and practical understanding of the home inspection business. The
majority of your training will take place at our national headquarters
located in Naperville, Illinois. You will benefit from our experiences
and practical solutions.
As a BrickKicker franchisee, your initial training program will
contain four critical elements. We believe each individual's progress
will be different and expect to customize our program to meet specific
needs and varied skill levels.
Business/Administrative
This aspect of your training centers around an understanding of
the home inspection industry, how your business should be structured
to operate productively and efficiently.
Marketing/Sales
Once you're set up and structured to launch your business, it is
then vital to let the entire market know you are there! We'll start
with The BrickKicker Marketing Handbook and work together to design
a marketing plan specific to your territory. In addition, we'll
address the dynamics of salesmanship while taking part in role playing.
Finally we will conduct "live" sales calls, office presentations,
one-on-ones, and telesales situations.
Technical/Inspection
The BrickKicker business and marketing training will help you prepare
for and secure inspections. However, YOU must perform to establish
a professional identity in your marketplace just as we have done.
We will show you how it is done! You'll learn about roofs, electrical,
plumbing and mechanical systems. You'll understand the structural
and functional elements of a building and learn how to inspect them.
By combining classroom, on-site and one-on-one instruction, you'll
apply theory to actual hands-on situations with our local customers.
Market “Kick-Start” Visit – We Come to Your
Market!
Upon completion of your training at our training entity, the Inspection
Technology Institute, you'll return to your market to finalize the
set-up and opening arrangements for your business. Soon afterwards,
a BrickKicker senior marketing representative will arrange for a
personal visit to your market. The objective of this visit is to
monitor your start-up process, assist in implementing control systems
and procedures and initiate your Market Entry Program.
