Inspection Technology Institute (ITI)

The BrickKicker home inspectors are trained at the Inspection Technology Institute (ITI) where they learn the systems and methodology of a home inspection. ITI is the training branch of The BrickKicker. ITI is owned and operated by The BrickKicker National Franchise Network. ITI will teach the technology of home inspection along with the special art of what to look for, how to report what they see and, most importantly, how to relate their technical knowledge in a manner that the clients and Realtors can understand. It's all part of The BrickKicker training and testing program, which allows the inspector to receive the credential of Residential Building Consultant (RBC). A designation exclusive to The BrickKicker National Franchise Network.

Today, The BrickKicker's ITI is nationally recognized as a resource of training and support for home inspectors nationwide, and acknowledged by industry associations such as: the American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI) and National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). We perform each inspection according to the principles and practices set forth by both associations.
